Lisa loves to lead private group practices for individuals, friend groups, and parties! Private yoga sessions can be very helpful if you want:
support starting a yoga or meditation journey
a customized practice for specific physical or energetic benefits
to workshop certain asana, meditation, or breath techniques
hands-on adjustments for an entire class
Lisa is dedicated to meeting students where they are and offering yoga, meditation, and breathwork experiences that are accessible for all levels. Private classes with Lisa are a blend of physical restoration and emotional and mental clarity. Lisa is available for individual or group classes at your home, work, or in a variety of heated and non-heated studio settings. Sometimes we just need someone to hold us accountable, and that’s okay too! All private classes are customized to fit your unique needs.
